Update/Snow Squad!
Well hey folks! I know, I know…it’s been months since the adventure ended and still some of the best bits of the trip remain unedited! So what happened? I got myself an actual job and threw myself into experiencing all the awesomeness that is Carrabassett Valley in the rural western mountains of Maine. The videos on this site led directly to me getting said job, so that’s...

Still alive.
Well hey folks! So technically the jetBlue adventure ended Thursday, but that doesn’t mean that the videos have also stopped – in fact, I still have about half my trip to edit together. And there’s some excellent adventures in there, I tell you what. Keep checking in for more videos over the next few weeks!

From the trenches
Day four with no reliable source of wireless internet. In the wilds of the Southern portions of the US I was forced into nearly complete radio silence. First came the red-eye that dropped me into the humid stank Ft. Lauderdale (beautiful city by the way). Struggling through the heat and sweat of the early morning haze I somehow navigated my way to the pool at the hostel. Soon thereafter I was...
Yahoooo a new video! I’m currently in Portland, OR and this one is partly in Portland, ME. I find that amusing.
New York and Newark!

Storm’s a brewin, kids!
So, you know that calendar of my expected itinerary? How I already revised it once and so it looked like I put some time and effort into it? Well, I’ll admit it, I just looked at the map and thought: those are cool places that are kinda close to each other, I’ll go there!
Now the puffy, soft cotton balls of innocence have been ripped from my eyes and I...
Vagabond Blue Episode 3!!
Hey guys! Here it is, the update from Rochester! I got in Wednesday afternoon and left Thursday evening, so it was a very packed 30ish hours.
I’m currently in Portland prepping for an early flight to Burlington tomorrow and recovering from a rollicking weekend in Maine. Those Mainers sure know how to do it up. So you watch the video and I’ll get moving...
MAINE!
Heyoooo!
So I’ve made it New Haven, ME! It’s a beautiful, rainy day with red wine and new friends. My buddy Lizzy picked me up at the Portland airport at 12:30am, we caught a few hours of sleep and then headed to a coffee house so I could do some work on the next video - due out tomorrow. Then we picked up our buddy Eric and caught the 2:30 ferry to New Haven. Should be a...
I know, I know I promised the video yesterday, but the my editing program decided it was done editing. We had a long conversation, though, and I think we worked things out. So after much ado, Vagabond Blue Episode 2!!
Going Away Party LOCATION CHANGE!
Okay, so apparently Silvertone decided to be closed so instead I’ll be sitting at Max and Dylan’s in Downtown. Honestly have never been there, but it’s a convenient location for everybody so let’s give it a go. Weeee!

Ode to Brookline
Town: still Boston. Weather: rainy. Temperature: 59.2 F
I have to say that I spent my year here in Boston in a very enviable zip code: the 02446. Oh yeah baby, Brookline. Just to give you a little taste: as I began this entry I suddenly heard the voices of children outside my window singing in harmony. I peeked out to see a happy little family crossing the street looking all wholesome...

Why yes I will, thank you.
Mid-September 2008 I came to Boston to stay. Twenty-three, fresh from a year and a half of traveling, I was finally ready to settle into a life of routine. Within a couple months everything was going according to plan: awesome job, steady paycheck, wonderful boyfriend, great apartment; I even started getting the NY Times weekend edition. I, for all intents and purposes, was a respectable,...
